Terms of Order

These terms apply to cakes ordered from Eggless Homemade Cakes (Sarabjit Kaur), a home bakery in Al Khail Gate, Al Quoz, Dubai.

Orders

Sending your cart on WhatsApp is an order request. Your order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm the cake, date, time and final price.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are a guide for each size. The final price, any delivery charge, and payment details are confirmed on WhatsApp before your cake is baked. The website does not take card payments.

Design

Every cake is handmade and decorated by hand, so colours and details can vary slightly from photos. For custom cakes, reference photos are used as inspiration, and we tell you up front about anything that needs to change.

Allergens

All our cakes are made without eggs. They are not free from other allergens: cakes may contain dairy, wheat (gluten) and nuts, or be made in a kitchen where these are used. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup is from Al Khail Gate, Al Quoz, Dubai at the time agreed on WhatsApp.
• Delivery is available across Dubai. Please make sure someone is available to receive the cake at the address and time given.
• Once collected or delivered, keep cream cakes refrigerated and away from heat.

Changes and cancellations

Because every cake is made to order, please message us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any changes or cancellation terms are agreed with you on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed.
